BECOME A VENDOR

MARKET HOURS ARE 10 AM – 2 PM FROM SEPTEMBER TO THE END OF MAY.

SUMMER MARKET HOURS ARE 9AM – 1PM FROM JUNE TO THE END OF AUGUST.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Cagan Crossings Farmers’ Market! We strive to be a market in which farmers, growers, producers and crafters sell their own products directly to the public when possible, allowing consumers to have a direct relationship with the producer of the items they purchase. The Market will emphasize quality and freshness.

Prior to completing an application, please read the entire Vendor Application and Agreement and make sure your product meets the criteria and that you can meet the rules of the market. The Cagan Crossings Farmers’ Market is a year-round weekly Farmers Market and not a one time festival. Please keep this in mind when applying to become a vendor.

A Vendor Booth is $20 per week for a 10×10 space, or 10% off if you pay the month in advance. Payment is due upon arrival unless other arrangements have been made. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs. Cash or money orders are accepted for payment and receipt will be provided. Vendor fee payment can be made online at Events By S&G.

The primary theme of the market is related to produce, plants, specialty foods and crafts. Other products and goods that are accepted are intended to supplement the core theme while adding color and variety to the marketplace. While not all of our supplemental products are homemade and/or handcrafted, we strongly emphasize those. Commercially manufactured products are not a good fit for the Farmers Market.

Product categories that we do not accept are:
• Informational and/or promotional items
• Charitable/Fundraisers (allowed on a case-by-case basis)
• Franchise, direct sale, and / or retail business (allowed on a case-by-case basis)
• Commercial/mass produced products (with or without an internet business)
• Electronics and related accessories
• Screen Printed apparel
• Any resale/flea market type merchandise
• Packaged, nationally distributed foods or products
• Overly Processed foods

Product categories that we accept are:
• Produce, dairy, meats and poultry
• Plants and/or Flowers
• Food and Food related products
• Crafts must be handmade or original items by the artist and made locally

Approved vendors at the Farmers Market must appropriate licensing from the county in which their business is located. The licensing for food vendors varies depending on the type of food and whether you are operating under Cottage Food Laws. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all appropriate licenses and to have those in their booth at all times.

To submit an application please fill out the attachment and email it to market@cagan.com or drop it by the market or the Cagan Crossings Office. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for review of your application.
