New to the Cagan Crossings community—or thinking about calling Cagan Crossings home? Here are quick answers to the most common questions. We do our best to keep this page accurate, but details are subject to change without notice.
Cagan Crossings is a complete town with distinct apartment neighborhoods, including:
- Aurora at Cagan Crossings – our most established community (434 apartment units) featuring one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, two-bedroom townhouses, and large studios.
- Ridgepointe at Cagan Crossings – 560 units featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, including den options.
- The Lofts (units above the Town Center) at Cagan Crossings – our most “urban” neighborhood, consisting of 50 units on the 2nd floor of the Town Center buildings with elevator access.
- The Glen at Cagan Crossings – 412 apartment units with a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.
- The Orchard at Cagan Crossings – NOW LEASING! Brand new, luxury, smoke-free 55+ community.

If you have an after-hours EMERGENCY, please call 407-992-6595. Otherwise, report non-emergency issues during regular business hours.
Each applicant will need:
- Driver’s License (or Government Issued ID)
- Social Security Card
- Last three paystubs
Fees/Deposit:
- $50 non-refundable fee per applicant
- $250 refundable* security deposit
Please note: there may be a waiting list, and applications are processed in the order received as units become available.
- Residents are allowed two (2) pets, under 25 pounds when full grown
- $250 per pet (nonrefundable fee)
- Pet owners must pick up after their pets
- Poop bag dispensers are located around Cagan Crossings for convenience
Complimentary valet trash pick-up is five days a week, with no pick up on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Note: This amenity will be phased out.
- Two vehicles per apartment are permitted
- No commercial vehicles allowed
- Parking is first come, first serve
Pest control is included and available Tuesdays and Fridays. Residents can call the Service Center during business hours to schedule.
Carriers will attempt to deliver to your doorstep. If you are not home, they will most likely bring your package to the Leasing Office. You’ll receive a text or email notification, and you can pick it up during business hours.
Once you become a resident, you may receive your Cagan Card/Resident ID from the Leasing Office. IDs are renewed annually. This ID can be used for discounts at local restaurants and retailers.
Stop by the Leasing Office during business hours to reserve the clubhouse.
Fees/Deposits:
- Monday–Thursday events: $250 nonrefundable fee + $500 deposit
- Friday–Sunday events: $500 nonrefundable fee + $500 deposit
No. However, there are many local car wash businesses in the area.
- Aurora: Please contact the Leasing Office regarding utilities.
- Ridgepointe, The Lofts, and The Glen: Utility fees are NOT included in your monthly rent.

To turn on utilities, bring a physical copy of your welcome letter, or fax your letter to (352) 394-8894. Southlake Utilities cannot accept email copies.
