Thank you for your interest in joining the Cagan Crossings Outdoor Market—a weekly, year-round Saturday market (this is not a one-time festival). We’re built for vendors who want to grow a real customer base through consistency and community.
Market Hours
- October–May: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- June–September: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Booth Fee + What You Provide
- Vendor Booth Fee: $20 per week for a 10×10 space
- Payment due upon arrival (unless other arrangements have been made)
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs

Attendance Expectations
You are not required to attend every week, but a consistent presence helps you:
- Retain customers
- Build familiarity and repeat buyers
- Increase your chances of long-term success at the market
Once accepted, simply notify the market managers week-by-week if you plan to attend. The earlier you confirm, the more promotion you may receive via social media.
Products We’re Looking For
The primary theme of the market includes:
- Produce
- Plants
- Specialty foods
- Crafts
Other products may be approved if they complement the core theme and add variety.While not all supplemental products are handmade/handcrafted, we strongly emphasize those.
Licensing + Business Requirements
Approved vendors must have appropriate licensing for the county where their business is located. Food vendor licensing varies depending on what you sell and whether you operate under Cottage Food Laws.
