New to the Cagan Crossings Community or thinking about calling Cagan Crossings home? Here are a few questions you may have about our community. Please note, we will do our best to maintain this information is up to date and accurate; however, the information provided below is subject to change without notice.

What is the difference between the communities within Cagan Crossings?
Cagan Crossings is a complete town with four distinct communities:
Aurora at Cagan Crossings – our most established community at 434 apartment units, featuring one and two-bedroom apartment homes, two bedroom townhouses and large studios.
Ridgepointe at Cagan Crossings – this neighborhood consists of 560 units featuring one, two and three-bedroom with den apartment homes.
The Lofts (units above the Town Center) at Cagan Crossings – this neighborhood is our most “urban”, consisting of 50 units on the 2nd floor of the Town Center buildings. Residents can choose from one and two-bedroom apartment homes, in the convenience of an elevator building.
The Glen at Cagan Crossings – a neighborhood consisting of 412 apartment units with a variety of one, two and 3 bedroom floorplans.

What is the Leasing Office Phone Number and Hours of Operation?
The Leasing Center phone number is 352-242-0555. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (last showing at 5:30 pm) and Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Closed on Sunday.

What is the Service Center Phone Number and Hours of Operation to report maintenance issues?
The Service Center phone number is 352-531-0433. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Closed on Sunday.

What is the after-hours emergency maintenance number?
If you have an afterhours EMERGENCY, please call 407-992-6595. Otherwise, please report non-emergency issues during regular business hours.

What information do you require on the application for residency?
Each applicant will need to bring their Driver’s License (or Government Issued ID), their Social Security Card and last three paystubs. There is a $50 non-refundable fee per applicant and a $250 refundable* security deposit. Please note, we may have a waiting list and will contact you in the order we receive applications as units become available.

What are the pet policies?
Cagan Crossings residents are allowed two pets, under 25 pounds when full grown. There is a $250 per pet, nonrefundable fee. Pet owners are required to pick up after their own pet’s when outside. Poop bag dispensers are located around Cagan Crossings for your convenience.

How does valet trash work?
Complimentary valet trash picks up five days a week; no pick up on Wednesdays and Sundays.   *This amenity will be phased out.

How does parking work?
Two vehicles per apartment are permitted. No commercial vehicles allowed. Spots are available on a first come-first serve basis.

How does the weekly pest control work?
Pest control is included and available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Residents can call the Service Center during business hours to schedule this service.

What happens when I receive a package?
The carrier will attempt to deliver your package to your doorstep. If you are not home, they will more than likely bring your package to the Leasing Office. We will send you a text or email notification that your package is in our office and you may pick it up during business hours.

How do I get a Cagan Card/Resident ID and what does it mean?
Once you become a resident, you may receive your Cagan Card/Resident ID from the Leasing Office. ID’s are renewed annually. This ID can be used at local restaurants and retailers for discounts. Please click here for a current list of resident perks and discounts.

How do I reserve the clubhouse for an event?
Please stop by our Leasing Office during business hours to make your reservation for the clubhouse. Monday through Thursday events require a $250 nonrefundable fee and a $500 deposit. Events held on Friday through Sunday, require a $500 nonrefundable fee and a $500 deposit.

Is there a resident car wash?
No; however, there are many local car wash businesses in the area.

How do I turn on my utilities? Are they included in my rent?
If you live in Aurora, please contact the Leasing Office regarding utilities. Ridgepointe, The Lofts and Glen: Utilities fees are NOT included in your monthly rent. Southlake Utilities, Inc. is the Cagan Crossings Utilities provider located at 16554 Cagan Crossings Blvd., Suite 2. The Office phone number is (352) 394-8898. To turn on your utilities, please bring a physical copy of your welcome letter with you or fax your letter to (352) 394-8894. Southlake Utilities cannot accept email copies. Utility bills are due on the 13th of every month. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am through 5:00 pm. Customers may make off hour payments by dropping their envelopes through the drop box located in the door at the office. For more information, click here to visit the Southlake Utilities website.
