The Vision
Cagan Crossings was developed by Cagan Management Group, Inc. (CMG)—an established developer and property operator with decades of experience in Florida and beyond. When CMG came to Central Florida in 1998, they brought a “placemaking” vision focused on creating community-centered destinations, not just buildings.
Working with Lake County, CMG developed Cagan Crossings as a Traditional Neighborhood Development—a true live/work/play environment designed for connection, comfort, and everyday convenience.
