How can I view an apartment without visiting the property in person?

Is someone still in the office?

  • Yes! We are working in the leasing office during regular business hours. We are also available by phone and email. Please wear a mask when entering our offices.

I have a scheduled move-in/move-out, can that still happen?

  • Yes! Please contact the office to schedule.

How do I pay my rent?

  • You can drop off payment to our office. If you are sick or have been around someone sick, please call before coming to our office.
  • You can pay online through the Resident Portal. If you do not have a login, please call our office and we can help set that up.

Are amenities open?

We will be opening our amenities based on the current state guidelines. Here are some adjustments that we have implemented to assist us in managing these amenities:

  • The Fitness Center will be open the following hours:
    • Every Day: 5:30 am – 12:00 am
    • Closed everyday from 2 pm – 3 pm for sanitation.

The pools has resumed normal operations but please abide by the same rules below:



Effective Immediately, Open Every Day: 9 AM to 8 PM

Pools will operate at 50% of the capacity of the pool area. A sign will be posted at the gate showing the maximum number of people allowed. No visitors will be permitted at the pool until further notice. When you arrive at the pool, please count the number of people already inside the pool area. We will be inspecting the area on a regular basis to ensure that we are complying government directives. If the pool is found to be out of compliance, we will ask the last person(s) to leave. If this is not known or there is a discrepancy, we reserve the right to close the pool down for the remainder of the day to ensure that we stay in compliance. We ask that you limit your time at the pool to 2 hours for others to be able to enjoy the pool as well. 

Hot tubs will follow the same adjusted the schedule above as the pool. Only 2-3 persons will be allowed in the hot tub at a time. We reserve the right to close the hot tub down for the remainder of the day to ensure that we stay in compliance. We ask that you limit your time in the hot tub to 15 minutes for others to be able to enjoy the hot tub as well.

Pools/Hot Tubs are subject to close if the above mitigation measures are not being met and/or if essential cleaning/disinfecting supplies become unavailable.

Are you accepting packages?

  • We will limit the number of packages from Amazon, Federal Express and other carriers to the Leasing Office. We are informing the carriers to deliver directly to your door. If a package should get delivered to the office, we will notify you, however, if you are feeling ill or if anyone in your immediate household is feeling ill, please do not come into the office and instead contact us either by phone or email. Packages will be available for pickup during office hours, please let us know when you will be picking up and we will bring the package outside to you.

How will my maintenance request be handled?

  • We are limiting completing work orders and assessing them in order of the severity and urgency of the issue. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
  • You can call the service center during business hours at (352) 531-0433.
  • You can submit your maintenance request through the online resident portal.

Government Assistance With Rent

We know this is an unprecedented time of uncertainty and anxiety for our residents. We also know that many of our residents are suffering from job losses, furloughs and reduced hours. Fortunately, there is help available. 

Enhanced Unemployment Benefits

If you have lost your job, you can apply for state unemployment benefits. It is important to apply as soon as possible.  https://www.stateofflorida.com/articles/florida-unemployment/

Congress is enhancing state unemployment to provide more income and to cover more people.


The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Emergency Rental Assistance Program provided Lake County with funds to assist eligible households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Lake County has earmarked $9 million for rental assistance and $1 million for utility assistance. To pre-register for the rental assistance program, scroll down to the bottom or this page and click on the Apply button. Pre-registration will ensure that you are kept abreast of program requirements and the opening of the rental assistance program application, which is anticipated to be February 22. The rental application is expected to be open for 4 weeks through March 21, 2021. To apply for utility assistance visit https://www.uwls.org/.
